Today I realized I may need help, I always thought I was just reacting to stress how anyone else does but now it's affecting my health. Every time I'm stressed, even the littlest bit, for example losing my phone I get this killer pain in my head by my temples. Then if I get stressed out more it increases to the point I throw up. What do I do go to a hospital or mental health place? Both places make me feel stressed out like I'm more comfortable with dying then explaining someone my issues. I fear they will just be like "everyone gets stressed you just need to relax".

Hi Radicalguava,
Stress and anxiety are a normal part of life. Although the terms “stress” and “anxiety” are typically used interchangeably in everyday conversation, there is a difference between stress and anxiety.
Stress is caused by an existing stress-causing factor or stressor and usually time limited.
Anxiety is stress that continues after that stressor is gone. Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or even anxious. Anxiety is more than just feeling stressed or worried. It is a medical condition requiring, diagnosis and a treatment plan (psychotherapy and/or medication).
Both mental states are bad for your health if your nervous system does not reset / return to normal.
A check up with your primary care provider is the first step on the journey of recovery
