whatever voice you hear, it may even be your own working against you. I encourage you all to speak to your situation. whatever IT is working against you wants you to feel like you can't communicate effectively bc of your disorder. It wants to have you stay where you are mentally with your disorder, Tell that voice that it will not have control. Promise you, you'll notice the change in your thoughts afterward
