I feel like that too. Just try to take a few deep breaths and remember that everything is temporary. Even our feelings. Let them come and let them go
You haven't screwed up your life. Depression causes a lot of problems, but it's not your fault. Things will get better. Just make sure you are taking the doctor's orders and don't give up. I've been through so many medicines and counseling and now I'm doing ECT, which is really helping. Don't give up.
