Anxiously depressed

I'm not really too sure how this all works yet but this is my first time doing anything like this. I've been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety, a form of OCD, and possibly PTSD. I've been going in circles with myself for what it seems like forever with my mental illnesses combating in my head and bouncing back and forth. I don't really even know how to describe accurately how i am currently feeling.

Welcome! It works exactly like you're doing it. We just chat about how we're feeling and get reassurance and ideas, commiserate, hopefully get some inspiration, and also take comfort in others who can understand. It's often hard to sort out how you're feeling. Our issues can affect our cognitive abilities, that's a real thing, so it's natural to not have all the answers. Since you've been diagnosed I hope that means you're receiving some sort of counseling?
