I don't know if it hormonal related but my anxiety is exhausting and a hopeless daily struggle for many years. Now I have depression from it. I just want to feel normal again.

I feel ya! I'm 54 and Post Menopausal. My anxiety and depression have peaked again. I guess our hormones are torturing us. It's almost 4am but I can't sleep. Been crying all day. The hardest part is, I've been caring for my former abusers (mother and brother) and they are so ungrateful. For giving my brother for raping from age 8-11 is the hardest thing! Now he is caretaker for my mother with Alzheimer's and I have to financially care for them both! O_O Nobody helps me. They are like leaches. I don't understand why I help them but without me they'd be so poor... I would feel guilty. It's torturous.

this is a huge problem with every second person. This problem can not be solved with science. This is due to big change in life style. We made gadgets our friends and are living fake life.
