Embarrassing but needing to ask.

Just wondering does anyone suffer so randomly with their bowel movements and stomach in general some days aren't too bad and others are terrible. I had biopsies done and they came back ok so I'm just curious as to if anyone else suffers in this way or should I go back to my Gp about it

I have IBS with diarrhea. I started discussing my symptoms with my GP and confirmed my diagnosis with a GI. Both believe it is anxiety/stress-induced.

That's what we believe mine is , is there anything you do which helps the relief of it so it's not so bad or ?
