Unfortunately I believe it does and it depends on why u have anxiety. I'm sorry for your having anxiety it's not easy. Reach out to your dr
It sure can and it can make you feel physically ill. Anxiety is a mess.
Ya I agree,I'm 57.I remember the first time I had a symptom,as a freshmen I high school, I was reading a problem on paper ,could figure out the answer, my stomach tightened up and my skin became itchy or prickly so I always tried to stay away from things I couldn't answer,if I had a problem I wouldn't solve it,I would escape some how, usually drinking alcohol or drugs, my anxiety has just progressed since then, now I am so sick and depressed I have to get help and am ,but it's slow.
Hi, yes Anxiety can make you sad especially if you had lack of sleep or none at all so your mind is over thinking, and it's even hard is your having feelings that something is wrong with. You physically but don't know why? Best thing to do first is speak to your GP, and write down how your feeling and what your symptoms are, hopefully this can help you trace the cause of why you are feeling the way you do?
But always feel free to speak to people on here and don't isolate yourself from friends and family, with anxiety it's best to stay as relaxed as possible and learn to control it, I know it's harder for those who been living with Anxiety for years, but if you notice that your anxiety is getting worse it's best to tackle it sooner rather than later.
try and get plenty of rest when you can.
But when you can, write down how you've been feeling and your thoughts plus any symptoms that you have, including lack f sleep ect... Then go see your doctor and read it out to them?
all the best
kind regards
Corvin
