So, I'm actually in Wyoming right now with the family I work for. We are at a ranch where we get to ride horses, go for hikes, eat amazing food, etc. It's really fun! My boss has been especially nice and understanding lately. It's honestly freaking me out. She usually blows up about something at least every two weeks and it's been like two months now... It just makes me wonder when the next blow up will be... I'm wondering if she's gotten on medication or something, but idk. I just wish I knew what was going on. In the meantime, though, I have just been trying my very best at my job, writing things down, checking in on the kids, making sure everything is in order and ready to go... we made their dad's birthday presents at the last minute before the trip and they turned out really great! We made him aprons to use when he uses his grill and his pizza oven. I think he liked them...? Another thing that I think has been helping with my anxiety around my boss is my confidence level. For some reason, recently I have had more confidence in myself and my abilities and my common sense. I know how to answer her when she questions something that I did instead of just cowering because I think I did something wrong. But, again, I don't know if that might just be because she has been extra nice lately...

Im ao glad you are having fun & enjoying yourself. I'm sure having confidence in yourself is a reason why your boss' mood has improved. Try to not look for the next "oops".... know you are a rockstar at your job. I bet the dad loved his gift, his kids made it. You got this. 💖

Thank you
