I am sure it would matter a great deal to your family if anything was to happen to you. This is the depression talking - you know the negative thoughts of the black dog. The thoughts that tell you that you are worthless and no one cares and everybody would be better off without you. The feelings are real but the thought processes are faulty.
Have you sought any help for it? I presume you have seen your doctor etc, If not then make the appointment. There is lots of help out there and you have just got to find it.
You are not alone now as you have us and we get it.
Thank u for your reply appreciate thats very kind words no I haven't seen anyone as yet to be honest I have been thinking about going to see my doctor just not sure yet
Well if you don't want to see your doctor there is only the self help route left. Have a look at online counselling courses and mindfullness.

Definitely agree that you should see a doctor and/or counsellor and perhaps consider joining an in-person support group for depression and anxiety. We all care and want you to get better. Sometimes it just takes one small step to get things moving in the right direction - like making a phone call. You can do it. There may be new friends waiting just around the bend for you.
