I'm glad your still able to work. I had them at night also when I did work. I layed at night awake in agony. I was lucky if I got 4hr of sleep. usually none for 6-8mo. thought I was losing it. I would have them also all day at work mostly because the exhaustion increased. Now, I have them in the mornings. I don't work any longer. I wonder if our body knows when to allow us the anxiety. wow, like it's a luxury thing. it's horrible no matter what time in a day it is. I completely freeze from fear and try to drag myself out of the imaginary hole I am falling into. I hope it get's better! Thanks for posting.

Thats my problem too. everytime i get to bed anxiety starts to build up. and im always thinking that i will not be able to sleep the whole night again and that thought alone makes me feel so uncomfortable and worried. But the last few days were amazing because Im kinda able to control my emotions already. Before I lay down I pray and ask God to give me peace of mind and I really sleep so well although sometimes i wake in the middle of the night but I still manage to get back to sleep.

I hope you find a way to sort out your problem cyndy. I wish you all the best.
