I have severe social anxiety, paranoia and some form of OCD. I am not even legal yet. Actually fucked. I have mood swings, (although this is probably hormonal), and I get unreasonably angry. People say that I'm just shy, but I know I'm not, as in certain social situations I'm close to tears. Sometimes I struggle to breathe, after a social interaction mostly. I just need somebody to talk to.

It sounds like you aren't seeing anyone about this. Are you in school? Have you tried seeing someone there? Not sure what country you are in but NAMI and MHA in US are great resources. Stop labeling yourself. The diagnosis are mainly used for insurance billing. Give yourself a break-you'll get to where you need to be.
