I found an answer to Anxiety without drugs

For the past year I have battled and recovered from major medical issues and now have to deal with an upcoming life change and home move. I use Ativan and have needed it more and more recently. ** What I discovered is this - STAYING BUSY and getting out of my head makes me forget about the anxiety! I had an epiphany about that just a few hours ago and wanted to share it with my roomies here. DO Something, get busy and relief came to me. *All of a sudden I realized I was no longer anxious. Maybe some of you already knew this but I wanted to share. Hope this helps someone .. :^)

  • Distraction therapy works for me. Staying busy takes your mind away from yourself and your anxiety.
