I think my medication has stopped working after three panic attacks in 2 weeks which felt awfull and it only leaves me feeling dumb and bleary eyed in the morning I have stopped taking it and tried kalms from over the counter hopefully they work

did you not read that you never stop taking your meds without your doctor's advice? You need to be serious about treatment if you want it to work please.

if you had been having panic attacks even on the medication, what you needed to do was let your doctor know of this immediately.

Kobojunkie is right on the money! You have to COMPLETELY COMMIT to therapy or else it's useless and potentially dangerous! Look up the definition of commitment. If you can't handle it then you need to wait until you can. If you can't wait until you can handle the commitment than you need to go the Emergency Room right away and let them figure it out for you. Again if you don't stay with the plan you are wasting resources that could be used for people who can commit mentally but don't have the money.

i have been on them for about 3 years so I am committed I have mostly crap days but also some good , maybe I am just desperate to be better
