. The medication does not really help. am 66 years old with a wonderful life. I am trying my best to do everything I can. I go out, take yoga classes,try to meditate but nothing seems to help. Can any one give me Any advise, please?

Research the gut brain connection. Three months after adding a probiotic to my daily food, the anxiety as markedly leveled off. I added an ounce of Kimchee. For years I was eating yogurt every day and this is supposed to be a probiotic also. So I don't know why it was not making a difference. So this is why I suggest taking a look at information to see what will fit into your diet. Anxiety arrived all of a sudden... but I think it has been there all along. When I started being able to manage the feelings and thought of depression, I think I started to feel the anxiety.
