What can we support you with? We are all fellow sufferers here, like yourself, and normally new people will come in with an issue which we try and help with, but obviously we cannot give medical advice.

We can and do give others the benefit of our experiences or help clear things in their mind. We also listen and try and validate feelings etc. The other great value of a site like this is that you know you are no longer alone and that others get it too. Unlike most in the outside world.
