I've already been diagnosed with depression, but now I'm starting to think I might have a binge eating disorder. I've been debating whether or not I should bring up to my therapist that whenever I'm stressed, I tend to eat a lot. I either eat too much when I'm not hungry, or eat a lot when I'm not hungry just because. What should I do?

Eating Disorder?
If you feel comfortable with your therapist, I'd definitely bring it up. Especially if this is a long time thing. Your therapist can help you figure out things to do instead of eating, other coping mechanisms. I'd write down times you find yourself binge eating, or what you feel when you do just so you have an outline of what to talk about, especially if you're like me and ramble/forget details.
Hi to me it sounds more like comfort eating than binge eating. Binge eaters tend to starve themselves for periods then binge enormous amounts of food.
By all means bring it up with the therapist as it's always better to get a proper diagnosis.
Oh, definitely bring this up to your therapist! You do not want to keep this problem, you want help getting rid of this fast! ASAP!!!
