I'm not sure what you've already tried, but consider a cup of coffee or a walk outside. Some days I just can't snap out of it, but both of these will help up to a point.

I drunk some coffee this morning and it did absolutely nothing I Sarted a new pill and it's a side effect but I can't be that tired I'm a mechanic so I need to be able to function.
