Omigosh, you have so much to deal with right now! I'm so very sorry for you and your man and the loss of your precious child. Such a difficult time in your life! Please be generous with yourself and your partner and err in all things with love. Just be very loving to yourself and with your partner. Set criticism aside, set blame aside. All negative emotions set aside and simply mourn your lost child. Keep in mind that your partner is in mourning too, and remind him that you are mourning if he seems to forget. This is true for the both of you for a very long time. You never really get over this loss, you just continue with living the best that you can. And not being negative and being loving is the best way to do that.
When you are up to it, you may want to address your ADHD and depression and anxiety with a psychiatrist. I wouldn't even start out with your GP. It's too complicated. Start out with a skilled psychiatrist and also get a counselor/therapist who specializes in ADHD because you need that person, too. Don't sell yourself short here. You may want to look over both the psychiatrist and therapist on the website Psychology Today where photos are posted along with specialties, education, philosophies, whether they charge on a sliding scale fee, insurance accepted, and so on. Also ask around, or check with your doctor and see who he/she recommends, ask your friends and family who their Drs. recommend and so on. But try to get these 2 professionals into your life asap because you need them badly. And you will be so much better off and glad you have them once you are established with the right ones for you.
I'm here.
