The drugs don't work

Can anyone help me. My story begun in 2012 when an incident caused me to develop severe anxiety and depression. I have been on several medications. Currently on Duloxetine pregabalin and quietapine. Struggling to cope and feel like a zombie

God is proud of you.He has given you a jewel.He doesn't give this to everyone.This is for growth of soul.God is like loving father.rest assured.I am seeing the sun( light) inside you.This too shall pass away.

Have you told your doctor about the "zombie" feeling? They might be able to adjust your medicine or change it to something that works better for you. What time of the day are you taking your medicine? If it's in the morning you might try taking it at night. One of my medicines makes me groggy and I have found that exercise helps quite a bit. I have been through a lot and I know how hard it is to cope, so if you need someone to talk to you can message me whenever. Stay strong and best wishes!

My psychiatrist is aware of all the side effects. I have been on ssri's namely citalopram and seroxat which I couldn't tolerate. Seroxat messed me about big time while citalopram was like taking smarties ie nothing happened. So then the Snri Duloxetine was prescribed. Shortly after quietapine was added as a "booster". Thanks for your kind comments. I hate these drugs
