Suffering from anxiety is the worst. You seem to have no control over your body or emotions what so ever! You seem to lose your mind,lose control and eventually lose your faith But if you look closely you'll observe that it is the nature's way of saying that you are neglecting your body,you are neglecting your happiness, you are neglecting your inner self. For instance if you wanted something from your parents and they won't give you the perfect response you wanted. How did you react? You probably, cried or got angry or something like that. So, it's the same with our body it needs your care and attention. So give it a ME time. I suffered from horrible anxiety and it occurs time to time. But I try not to give it response. Its hard but not impossible. Now I am working on me giving ME priority trying to keep ME happy grooming ME an believe you me results are astonishingly positive.

You are wise to have observed and learned all the things you are saying. You have come a long way to reach these conclusions. So now that you know so much, what will you do to keep your body happy from this day forward?

You spoke about anxiety but not about specific treatment. Getting a complete checkup with your doctor is a good place to start, making sure you have no other problems besides anxiety. Then you and the doctor can discuss what, if anything you need to do about the anxiety. There are plenty of non-drug things you can do abo e, how will you handle any anxiety? Deep, slowed breathing? Yes, you can do that. Distracting yourself with other things besides anxiety? Yes, that's very good. Refusing to let the anxiety work you up into an anxious mess? Yes! very good!

Thankyou for your kind words. Yes, I've this thing undercontrol but not 100% I am almost there. I didn't mention any drug or medicine because I didn't take one because whenever I took antidepressants i became anxious more than ever.(but this is only my case,everyone has different effects)

I didn't really take any therapy sessions but I had a lot of friends and family members who are doctors and psychologists they really helped me. the thing helping me the most is being focused and strong that's the key to beat it. I do get anxious but i find distractions ti cope with it.
