Anyone can give me advice ?
Hi
Anxiety is felt by such a lot of people and I think the best way to look at it is to be aware that it all stems from fear.
What are you fearful of?
Perhaps writing down your fears may help, if you feel someone may find your writing then destroy it afterwards, if not keep a journal and add to it every day.
Learn to relax.
Find a good relaxation download and use it regularly.
Talk to someone.
It doesn’t have to be a professional, but remember don’t make it all about you, helping others and listening to others will help you too.
Read something uplifting and positive.
Sometimes reading for a few minutes, something that takes you out of your own world can help.
Watch something on tv or YouTube that makes you laugh.
Sometimes laughter is the best medicine.
I hope this helps.
The thing is I feel like I can’t talk to someone because I feel like they don’t understand me. Which I been throw a lot.
For now drink water walk out side let sun on your face to clear your mind of the all the fog of anxiety..Download app Dare i highly recommend it and if you can buy the book ...
Give your self time and write notes so you start your days in the right mood ..
Hope it will help you ..
It happens a at night which I won’t be able to do that. I tried writing it but it makes it worse. Reading doesn’t really help also
Hi,
Talk therapy has been very helpful for my anxiety. Are you able to find a therapist in your area?
Feel better soon!
Imma look for one around my area.
Hi Yvette03. You already have your answer that worrisome causes you anxiety. If you keep on asking questions and even just one will lead to many more questions and when you get your answers, they lead you right back to having more questions. This has always been the reason for all chaos in man’s mind. You can go within and work through one by one those issues over time that causes you worried realistically. Get external help when you are absolutely ready for it because we can only be able to hear when we are ready to open for all inputs. Best wishes. 🙏
Hi Hidden... anxiety is such a real thing. I've experienced it and I've known others who have experienced it to different degrees. Mine is under control now but there have been times in my life that have been debilitating so I get how tough it is to deal with.
One thing that I will say is to not discount medication. It's not a cure and if that's all you do, you will just be masking the issue. I was against it for a long time but then my counselor encouraged me to try something even if just temporarily because it would help my brain to focus so that I could work through the things I needed to. It really did help. Someone once told me... we take medicine if we have a headache or if we sprain an ankle and there's no stigma. It should be the same with our mind. Sometimes there may be a chemical imbalance that needs to be stabilized so that we can work on the things we need to.
You also mentioned that you feel that people don't or haven't understood you in the past. There are going to be people who really don't understand and never will. They have their own unique minds and experiences and sometimes they just don't get it. Other people just lack empathy. But then sometimes you find a gem...an empath who cares. Many of these people go into counseling because they want to help people. And many of them have their own stories that led them into that field in the first place. It helps them to be able to relate to the people who come to talk to. They've been there. If you haven't already, I would highly recommend finding a good counselor to talk to. I've been to several and the ones that were really good always listened and I never felt judged for any of the crazy thoughts that went through my mind. I used a counseling referral number that finds therapists depending on your area and the one they found for me turned out to be really good. If you're interested, I can send you the number. Just let me know.
