I'm new to this site so I really don't know what I can and can't say . I've been struggling lately with my depression and anxiety, my depression is worse though . And right now I just feel so alone and have no one to just vent too.

Feeling so out of control with these depressive,anxious thoughts that it makes it even worse! Breathing deep, you tube meditative music helps distract. You are not alone,sending a hug to you,vent, I'm here.
