Can't talk on the phone

My boyfriend and I are currently trying to find an apartment and he doesn't understand I can't make phone call EPICALLY with things like this. It gives me major anxiety. I was told to call a landlord to confirmed that he received our application but instead I emailed him with my dad's help which was bad enough. Now my bf is mad at me. He says now we aren't going to get this place and he can depend on anyone. I don't know what to do! I currently feel pathetic and incapable of doing anything! I just want to give my daughter a good future and I feel that with both of our problems we are going to F her up. I would also like to say my boyfriend has paranoia anxiety so he is freaking out as well about all this.
