Hello ...

Hi! I had depression and anxiety for almost three years during my early high school years, I actually just came "off" of it like, a year ago. Although I may be "on the mend" emotionally, my two best friends seems to be going through something similar, and I'm worried. So I figured I'd join to make sure I keep my mental health in check, and equip myself with more knowledge ... and hopefully find a way to help my friends in the process
