Oh and I also forgot to mention when I get that "anxiety feeling "I can't concentrate ..it's like my mind goes completely blank and I'm always nervous🙁 New things and situations and changes never sit well with me. I have a hard time with continuing things because I start to doubt myself and beat myself up (college, new job, etc ) I always feel like I can't do it..Or maybe this isn't a good idea... This is not healthy at all 🚫Anyone else feel this way??
Btw I'm a 32 year old mother of two and I have been like this as long as I can remember 😔
