Resting heart rate

Hi everyone I am 22 and my resting heart rate is anywhere between 100-120 and that's ALL the time. Anyone else have a naturally fast heart beat? It always makes me freak out and I can't seem to get it lower plus I get palpitations in the mix which make my anxiety worse

Yes, I can have a rapid heart rate when I'm having panic, especially in the morning. I can also get a series of skipped heart beats when my heart finally calms down. These are harmless and are called Premature Ventricular Contractions.

Hi Birdiebree !

Yes, my daughter always has a resting heart rate that is over 100. She is also struggling with anxiety.
