My doctor said why don't I try not taking meds. I've been on klonopin 3mg for 4 years and right on trintellix and still have anxiety and depression. Is going off meds a good idea.

Maybe being off the medication will give you more clarity. And maybe have to the ability to feel the anxiety and accept it? That's what I'm trying so hard to to do. I've been on klonopin for 7 months
