I'm new new here just started today

I need to know if you that my anxiety has anything to do with my nerve disorder that I have had since birth. I was at my neurologists office when I was 18 and he suggested for me to see a therapist I didn't know what he meant until about two years ago. This disorder is called C.I.D.P.

Everything i read on CIPD doesnt suggest anxiety. That doesnt mean you dont have anxiety. I would speak to a therapist if you feel your anxiety is not under control. Anxiety in and of itself is not bad until it is to much. There is good anxiety as well.
