Does anyone take trintellix and does it cause anxiety? If someone can answer that then I will call my doctor. Please help. My anxiety has been worse

How long have you been on it? Symptoms often get worse before they get better when starting a new med.

That being said. One of the side effects is hypersensitivity. You may not have more anxiety, you are just noticing it. If you are just a week or 2 into the med, give it the month it needs to start working correct

At the very least you should give your doctor a call and tell him of your side effect no matter if it is just because you are early on or because of a side effect. Your doctor is a better judge than anyone here even if they are a doctor. You and you doc know whats best for you. If not, get a new doc

Always call your doc from negative effects. They have heard and seen them before from other patients. It is their job to manage your issue.
