I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time enjoying life. It happens to all of us from time to time. And we all know it can be very hard to pull yourself out of it.

What has worked for me is learning to enjoy the little things in life. I even started keeping an attitude of gratitude journal everyday. Writing down the things I was thankful for throughout the day, made me more appreciative of what I had. Remember big things can result from taking small steps. As Lao Tzu said: "A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step."
