Finical help needed, medical bills, family+3year old. It is increasing my Anxiety and depression etc.

Hi All,

Need some help... I have been on SSD since 2004. Due to several psych problems and now have been passing out a lot since August 2015. And the kicker I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea and low O2 saturation. Had to buy a CPAP machine.

I now see a specialist once or twice a week plus having tests done in-between.

I have now went through my savings, maxed out 3 Credit Cards. Owe the hospital about $750, the Ambulance $400,

The CPAP machine now. And routine meds.

Not to mention just regular living expenses.

I only get 1019 SSD.

Does anyone know of anything I can do. Is there any finical help agencies out there??

I guess you know you can pay the hospital $5 a month until it's paid off. They may not tell you that, bit it's true. And the CPAP machine can be paid in payments also, I'm just not sure how low those can go. Same with the ambulance. I'd try paying regularly but very low with all 3. Do you need a discount pharmacy card? If so, tell me and I'll give you the info I have and you can write for them.

I can't think of anything else to help you out right now. Oh, you can ask your doctors for samples of some of your drugs, that'll save you some money. Especially on the more expensive ones. I've also asked to be switched to cheaper drugs when my doctors prescribe very expensive drugs. What a relief to get away from some of these really expensive ones!!
