I have had SBRT (2007), Chemotherapy (2010/2011), ADT using Casodex/Lupron/Zytiga (2012-Current). Interested in joining trials that involve PARP inihibitors, immunotherapy, or other new/novel therapies. Can any of you suggest trials currently accepting candidates. My PSA was undetectable (<0.01) for about 5 years, but in the last 4 quarters it began to creep up. Latest PSA this past week is 1.01, with no obvious symptoms at this point. Last MRI/CT scan 6 months ago was negative. Thanks in advance. Prefer Texas location if possible.

Looking for suggestion of clinical trials for mCRPC

MD Anderson probably has more clinical trials than anyone. Maybe get a consult with Paul Corn to discuss. Or Oliver Sartor at Tulane.
I am currently in a trial at MD Anderson that includes Cabazitaxel, Carboplatin, Cetrelimab and Niraparib. I have been in this trial for 21 months. My M.O. is Dr. Submit Subudhi.
See more info on clinical trials.com, the NCT is NCT04592237.
Thanks. I’ve emailed the principal investigator asking for more questions with regards to my inclusion/exclusion eligibility. I I’ve in the Dallas area. In the past I have traveled to Houston every 2-3 months to see my favorite Oncologist/Researcher. Unfortunately he passed way a few years ago. Also investigating ODM-208
You don’t mention any somatic genetic nor IHC analysis that can guide targeting trials such as PARP, DDR and such. Do you have PSMA PET scan recently to look for a met accessible for biopsy? And for suitability for Pluvicto?
A few rounds of BAT may restore sensitivity to the Zytiga or other AAR drug. You might need more data, Commander.
Thanks. I had a genetic mutation screening 2+ years ago, and there were no genetic mutations that may cause PC. BRCA1/2 and HER1/2 also negative. Last year I had CT/MRI/Bone scans and there are detectable mass. My Onc is reluctant to send me to a facility that have PSMA scan, not available at his facility.
Go to clinicaltrials.gov for a comprehensive list.
Not trials but Provenge might help you. Then LU 177 but might need a trial participation depending on you specifics
MO Drs at UT Dallas should be familiar with both and could guide you.
