If Propecia and Flomax suppress PSA numbers,is that a good or bad thing?

Propecia does if you have a prostate. It's not good or bad - just something to be aware of.

Flomax (Tamsulosin) has no significant added value to PSA. I have been on two a day since 2003 after brachytherapy and IMRT. A year before I was metastatic. It has been the one constant during my PCa journey.
