Recurred G9 after surgery. Painful lymph nodes, mass and hip met.

It has been a slow go here in Central Florida. I just had more scans and will hear from my Med Onco early next week. What I do know, is I have multiple lymph node involvement in my pelvis and groin which is causing minor lymphedema in my right leg and a bone met in my right hip. Pain is being controlled with Ibuprofen, but it seems I need to increase it. I'm concerned about stomach issues.

I Med Onco wants me to go the Lupron + Taxotere route. I've seen others go other routes such as HT+Zytiga or some other combo.

I have a biopsy scheduled, but they cant do it for a couple of weeks. I will have more info hopefully after a consult next week, but wanted to ask what this group thinks my treatment plan should look like? Especially addressing the pain in my groin and hip that is giving me quite a limp.

Thanks in advance for your input.

If your PC is androgen sensitive, Taxotere +ADT combination would be very effective.
