I got my first infusion 05/06.

PSA : 22 and ALP : 170

Side effects

Chili , severe back pain for 1 hour then disappear, little fever - Exact after 6 hours.

low platelets and medium dry eye after 8 days

ARX517 is a PSMA targeted chemotherapy drug. It uses an antibody to find cells that have PSMA (ie, the cells that show up on a PSMA/PET scan) and then it inserts a tubulin inhibitor (a form of chemotherapy) into yhe cell. This is different from lutetium (pluvicto) which kills the cell with radiation. It’s cslled an antibidy drug conjugate (ADC) since it uses an antibody to find the cancer and it injects a chemotherapy drug into the cells. This is an important area of research today!

I am also enrolled in ARX517 at UCSF

My 4th dose will hopefully be on Tuesday 7/24/24 There has been a 3 week delay due to the condition of my eyes that are very dry.

PSA 2.3 Alkaline Phosphatase 256

I recently had follow up scans (Pet, bone scan and CAT) which show no radiographic progression for the last 3 month which is a major miracle since I was getting aggressive new lesions previously.

Thanks for the running updates God_Loves_Me. Would you mind sharing which dosage cohort you're in now? Also, have you had any follow up scans to see how the lesions are responding?

I think 3.4K or something. Yes scan confirmed that all tumors are not growing. It is still there but stop growing

Thanks Go_Loves_Me. 3.4 dosage without toxicity is looking good. You said that you had severe back pain and chills when you got your first infusion. Any of those symptoms on the subsequent infusions?

Nope I ask them to do benadryl iv before 1 hour that reduce many symptoms.

I still have fatigue, dry mouth , dry eye that's going to there no matter what you do.
