Hey gang, was perusing my PSAs in the spreadsheet and noticed that result and the date.
Wow, lucky 7 years and still here 😊
Back story for y'all. #stageIVpca with Mets to L ureter lymph nodes. GL 7(4+3) with some GL8 in an 18 core blind biopsy. ADT stat, then the first of 15 Taxotere chemos got PSA to 0.7
Started Metformin/Lipitor in 2016 with a PSA nadir of 0.1 in the Summer of 2017 during an 18 month hormone "holiday"
Abiraterone and Xtandi failed in 2020. The Taxotere rechallenge in Spring 2021 failed too😔
Had #1 Cabazitaxel and Liver #s went crazy high. Also had hyperkalemia with Potassium at cardiac arrhythmia levels. Had to use an oral binder to pull the level down.
Liver Panel showed marked drop. Awaiting #2 Cabazitaxel on 12/17 with another liver panel in 12/16
Fight on y'all

Love your happy smiles! Knotts brings back lots of happy memories! Virginia's Gift Shop was an annual event for my mom every Christmas season. Such fun rollercoasters! Glad to hear they're still rollering.
Keep on truckin', Doc! I am so jealous of the rides - my daughter and I loved these. Even though I cannot ride anymore, I owe my life to a nice, old roller coaster in Maine! The ride fractured an unknown bone met in my neck and that's what led to my diagnosis... Ouch, but no regrets!
Salud to you both. The Smiles tell it all. You are loved. Even here. You’re such a strong soul. Good holidays and prayers for a limit to suffering for us! 🙏❤️
Stand in there warrior … “ you can take a lick’in and keep on tick’in “ …that’s as good as it gets around here. Out and about and pumping that influencer QOL fun , you are my kinda guy buddy. Impressive stuff. …. And may I say you look “ MAHvelous “ ( Ricardo Montalban , SNL 2009 )
