PSA at 552.2 on 10/13/14 - 15 Taxoteres in 2015, 6 more in 2020, 18 Cabazitaxels in '21/'22. 28 IMRTs Spring 2023 as PSA was rising 50% every month earlier 2023, hitting 34 😳
Still on track for 552.2 miles on 10/13/23 to mark the 9th year with #stageivpca when PSA was 552.2 on 10/13/14
Fight on✌️

amazing! Is your treatment ( Cabazitaxel) ongoing? What month did IMRT end? I assume your are (were) oligometastatic? If so, what scans did you have to identify the mets?
Oops, I edited my post Cabazitaxel in 21/22. PSMA showed L of Prostate filled with PCa and growing into perineum SUV Max at 87.5. IMRTs ended in April 23
Yea Babeee💙 having a drop after the two same PSA's was such a surprise.
The Eeyore pessimist side of me was thinking that the consecutive 3.4s meant that the decline was over and would just head back up and have to try another treatment. Had mentally prepped for that, and oh what a really wonderful number it was
LoL, I knew that the PSA result always posts in the wee hours the day after, so when I got up to go pee, had to check Kaiser account. With a bit of trepidation, I logged on and saw that it was available, took a deep breath and clicked on it, expecting a rise - already did a mental prep for a jump. And WUT!!! youtu.be/GexmUyDy-fo?si=AOn...
wow what a relief to see that buddy. I’m so happy for you, ….I know you got a BIG sigh of relief with that. Good karma for a guy that selflessly gives so much to others.
Oh, yea man, such a relief that it dropped. I was psychologically prepping for a jump and doin more treatment. Been hoping to put off any more treatments well into 2024
