So quick review: brother diagnosed 10/18 Gleason 9 stage 4 PSA 50 several Mets. Completed chemo, provenge, Zytiga, Xtandi and an ARV 110 trial. Currently on Lupron and keytruda. A second Foundation One DNA test showed high mutational burden with mmr 2 and 6, cdk 12 and pten loss. As a result his MO started him on keytruda. After first infusion PSA went from 37 to 105. ALP dropped 50 points. After discussion about stopping, MO agreed to give another infusion. Next PSA dropped 14 points to 91 ,ALP rose Third infusion PSA dropped to 57. Today was his 4th infusion with PSA dropping again to 45 and alp going from 230 to 165. So although things are moving at a snails pace they continue to go in the right direction. Thanks be to God and the power of prayer!! Getting the Foundation One test has really helped guide treatment. (thank you Nal) So happy to post some thing positive!

So glad to hear this happy news! Hoping everything continues to go well for your brother. My husband started Keytruda yesterday. 🙏
Always great to hear positive news. How far apart are his Keytruda infusions, and what side effects has he experienced from it?
Hi, he’s had some joint pain and stiffness but other than that, right now not too many side effects. he gets infusions once every three weeks however he’s getting scans soon and if they look good his MO is going to allow him to get infusions once every six weeks which would be great.
happy for the good news.
Positive reports help all of us to keep the hope alive. All my best to you and your Brother, may his momentum continue. Mike
