ADHD update

Hey everyone! I just had an appointment to check up on my meds. My methylphenidate aka Concerta. That’s the brand I take. It’s working, though the side effect of suppressed appetite is apparent. I’m at a healthy weight and the doctor and I agreed to watch it. My anxieties are still there and I can get wrapped up in my head, but I’m better at handling it. I know how to deal with it better and I’m less hard on myself. (As Demi Lovato said in her song “I love me”. “I’m a black belt when I’m beating up on myself.”) oh so am I! And I think many ADHDers can relate, though I can only speak for me. And I’m a lot better @ budgeting my time. I hope everyone is well.
