Kindly Any PAKISTANI here who have adhd and have prescribed RITALIN (Methylphenidate) any Brand but should have been methylphenidate.

My doctor prescribed Methylphenidate ER and I need to find a pharmacy in Baltimore that has it in stock.

We started the methylphenidate XR LA 10 mg yesterday (which says compare to Ritalin on the bottle). Intentionally started on the weekend so i could observe him closely. He had a great morning at basketball, was cheerful, focused and in a good mood all day.

I've been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, ADHD and Major Depressive disorder...I'm in medications like escitalopram,Aripiprazole and Methylphenidate hydrochloride but still there's not much improvements...what to do now?

My son tried methylphenidate but wasn’t eating all day on it and his growth stalemated so we took him off. He tried Guanfacine but that didn’t seem to impact his symptoms all that much. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

I also have ADHD and I’m currently on 60mg of methylphenidate per day but I am reluctant to take these now also. It’s hard to know what to do until I’ve spoken to a consultant, I just want to know if there are others like me and can manage their AF alongside these medications. Thank you!

He is on Methylphenidate now 5mg twice a day, and we are thinking to increase it to 10mg once a day to start it with the winter break. can any one of you who experienced same changes give a general idea about it. I'm worried of ups and downs he will face with the medication changes.

Here there's no many options about ADHD medication and other then methylphenidate there are only non stimulant medications. You guys that are from the US with a huge amount of medication available and also decades of researches on ADHD, what do you think about Ritalin?

We tried adderall xr for awhile to no avail then switched to methylphenidate er which has seemed to make somewhat of an impact. He seems to be more attentive in class and improving in that area. My concern has turned to his social skills. This area has always been a challenge for him.

I am now trying methylphenidate and it is milder, but my face numbness is still there. Multiple diagnostic procedures (and a lot of money) later there is no real explanation of this issue and the only advice I get is "if this bothers you, stop taking the medication".

Two or three times a day, I have been taking 20 mg immediate-release (not time released) methylphenidate for roughly 30 years. The last prescription I filled was at a Walgreens on March 15, 2024. It has been many years since I had a problem finding this pill.
