I’m managing to keep this under control but trying to get fitter. Not easy when everything hurts!
I changed everything after my 2 severe attacks, changed my job, WFH, reduced my hours, moved to a smaller house, it has helped a lot.
I’m careful not to push myself too hard I know my Limitations . I do Pilates to try and stretch my muscles and build them up, it’s really hard and it hurts but I do feel better for it the next day.
what do other people do to manage it?
does diet help? Someone said it can.
