Oh Yer I Said! Had 2 STICKS CELERY! Yay! BUT I HAVE STILL got the RYVITA CRACKER BREADS! For LUNCH a little bit later on! Cottage Cheese or NATURAL Yogurt! Fat free which you can have because 1 A & 2 Healthy Extra Bβs Slimming World (Myself groups to dear ££!) But why Iβm TYPING to SAY itβs SUNDAY REST day from EXCERSISE! Oh No! Femai great going I had soda then crix water chinese with vegetables for late lunch just had water will have a plain cheese sandwich next up thanks for sharing
