Welcome to the forum GardenEnjoy, to help you get healthier and less anxiety I hope you will enjoy your walks, try and join a local walking group in your area which tend to do shorter walks than joining the ramblers which go very long walks miles from where you live, the local walking group I am in is on a Thursday, there are 3 distances we can choose, 1K, 2K and 4K, I am in the 4K group , good luck.

Hi GardenEnjoy, I am also new for the same reason. I found this app when I found Active 10. Most days for the past week I am doing 10mins active walking, I love gardening and have an allotment. Even planting one seed and watching it grow on the windowsill helps me see joy. I also find colouring books help me while the weather is poor. Maybe we could share ideas on how we manage anxiety and stress.
That’s fabulous. We have a few gardeners and allotment holders in the walking community, including my little container vegetable plants. As you say, it’s good for the soul!
