Hello moonrise81, nice to see you over here too. It's a lot quieter than some of the other forums. Are you actually using the Active 10 app. I like it because it makes me walk rather faster than my normal idle stroll. OTOH you probably don't need it because you seem to be doing plenty even without it.

Gosh you are up early and posting. Well with the golf and Zumba from you tube - it’s movement. But really need to go back to the gym and do weights of some sort.
