Hello everyone, I play golf and try to get out 2/3 times a week playing 18 holes with a push trolley. I also try to walk when not playing golf. Our gym has just reopened but not keen to go.... I dare it would be ok. I am also starting Zumba on you tube. I also want to get back into weight to

Hello moonrise81, nice to see you over here too. It's a lot quieter than some of the other forums. Are you actually using the Active 10 app. I like it because it makes me walk rather faster than my normal idle stroll. OTOH you probably don't need it because you seem to be doing plenty even without it.

Hello to you to, just finding my way around ! I have the Apple Watch - so that helps me. We have downloaded the OS maps for public footpaths - love exploring

Gosh you are up early and posting. Well with the golf and Zumba from you tube - it’s movement. But really need to go back to the gym and do weights of some sort.

Oh I detest gyms I’m afraid, 😩 But I’m liking the Active10 App As it helps me compare to previous weeks and see any progress

Just back from a 4 x Active 10 walk. It makes me feel as if I've achieved something even if it is only walking a bit faster than I could a while ago.
