I’m Ali and have been using the Active 10 app for a month after it was recommended by a fellow Weight Watchers member. I am enjoying getting out for walks but dread the darker days as I don’t know how I’ll get my minutes in. Any tips welcome. Thank you.

It’s difficult, isn’t it, specifically in winter. Over the course of the last month I’ve certainly gotten into the habit of doing my walks just before lunchtime. That seems to work for me,
But there might also be other solutions I just bought a 2nd hand treadmill, which helps many walkers and joggle keep moving in winter. A good set of head-torches also gives some enough confidence to brave any terrain at night, although I myself don’t use these. Urban walks might also be an option for some, and can be really magical.
