Well I have to say I'm struggling this week! Good old fibro has me feeling like I'm walking through treacle (slowly) so its been an effort to reach my 30 mins brisk this week. I also went on my walk and left my phone in the car Monday so scored a big fat zero even though I walked with a friend and my dogs and was out an hour plus!! Yesterday was a bad day with not much logged either but I did go to training with my dog and done an hours weeding in the garden. I am trying to find the positives but when I feel like this its difficult 😕

Dear Love-my3collies , fibro and CFS are bad stuff. It is a pity that the medical profession does not recognize CFS as an ailment and often pooh-pooh women saying 'its all in your head.' There is little I can do to help. But once 5 years ago when I had a uric acid build up in my bloodstream from a viral infection which caused chronic fatigue for weeks after and confined me to a wheelchair for a few days, a book that helped me weather it all helped. Its "How to be Sick" by Toni Bernhard, a former law professor of University of California. If not anything else, it might be a good authentic narrative by a woman who still lives with the condition.

Okay, so this said, it cannot be easy for you. So, sending you hugs and cheer and wish you well being.

Don't be so down on yourself, you are doing really well! I have good and bad days too. You are looking after your doggies as well as yourself. Do what you can on your good days and give yourself a break on the bad ones. Take care. X

Sorry to hear you’re struggling. These days seem to try us. But you are doing so amazingly well! Gardening in itself is an active activity, and those walks without an app? Contrary to all the face book memes, it’s still a walk! Yey!!!

Well done and if you walked a bit less than other weeks, call it a recovery week, which we all need at times. It’s even a smart thing to do.
