Hoping to share, and discuss, similar issues with folk.I am a 69 year old female, living in the North of England.

I struggle with pain caused by osteoarthritis. I also take medication for angina.

I like to read and I like to walk.

Hi Ho11ybobs welcome here. I too have pain from osteoarthritis of the knees. I’m not able to walk distances But right now, the weather is so very warm in Bangalore (38 degrees Celsius yesterday) that the pain has receded somewhat.

Wish you the support and companionship I got when I joined HU over 7 years ago. Have a lovely weekend.
