Morning everyone

New to active 10 yesterday and walked 30mins on a treadmill . Feeling very proud of myself 🤣

Hoping to get outside when I’ve built my strength and stamina on the treadmill .

Hoping to lose some weight too along the way . Any advice and tips welcome

Thank you . I definitely will . I love Spring so hoping by late March early April I’ll be enjoying walks in the Spring sunshine and feeling a bit more confident

Well done Xtrapickle. The first day is the hardest. Don't push yourself too hard at the start. Keep your expectations reasonable and you will be outside in the sunshine very soon.

New to me to..I walked 5 mins first day then added 5 mins each day I'm now doing one hour in steps every day around my streets..you can do this 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
