Rain here in Manchester england today hopefully it will stop soon so I can get my steps in 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️☔

I just hope that the rain ☔ goes off soon to let you get your steps done, I have just come back from short 3K walk in the ☔ rain, but I had an umbrella ☔ with me.

I think I'm making excuses up not to do my steps this morning because of rain..I need to get my bum of chair and do it 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

You are making a excuse not to go outside just because it's raining, get your baseball cap on and get yourself outside for that walk.

Short walk for me yesterday as well , baseball heat and hood up but got some steps in. Different today, sunny and -2 but can put up with that, hate rain.

Wasn't keen on yesterday walk in the rain, but I must keep my steps going 1🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️..baseball hat was on earphones in luther vandross greatest hits playing in my ears and off I went 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
