Hi everybody,

I am regular walker, i walk daily for 4 KMS in the morning, today its a beautiful rainy morning,

" Please walk for health otherwise health walksout from you "

I usually brisk walk for 6-7 kms.in the morning and 2-3 kms in the evening

Walking is such a winner. My personal trainer AKA Rusty wants his 2 - 3 hour walk most weathers although even he went a bit flaky in the heatwave. Managed 23,000 steps and 10 miles today. Daisy1925
